We're looking for a HR Executive to support our growing team and help scale HR processes as we expand.

This role will be based out of our Mysore office and will work closely with the HR Head, while operating within a flat, collaborative organizational structure.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.

• Drive smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

• Handle HR operations including attendance, records, reimbursements and payroll coordination.
