About the Role:

Position: HR Operations

Location: Andheri (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding: Handle end-to-end onboarding formalities for new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Induction: Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and processes.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and initiatives to enhance employee morale.

Assisting in Payroll: Support the payroll team with attendance tracking, leave management, and data collation.

HR Activities: Coordinate various HR operational activities, documentation, and compliance support.

Handling Visits: Manage internal and external visitors, ensuring professional interaction and coordination.

Client Visits: Participate in or coordinate client visits as part of HR representation and relationship management.
