Position Overview
The HR Executive will build and scale the Human Resources function in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This role will act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership, shaping culture, driving talent strategy, and creating scalable people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Support performance tracking and feedback systems
Handle HR operations including payroll coordination and compliance
Assist in developing HR policies and people programs
Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2–3 years of hands-on HR experience , preferably in a startup or growth environment Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently
