Job Description
Role: Human Resources Executive
Reports to: HR Lead
Location: Himatnagar, Gujarat
Shift Time: 7:30PM - 4:30AM
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to joining)
- Handle onboarding & offboarding formalities
- Coordinate with payroll for employee data updates
- Maintain and track KRAs & KPIs
- Assist in performance review processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Freshers can apply
