Job Description
Prepare letters, employment contracts, and conduct pre-employment checks.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and HRIS updates for new hires.
Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff HR-related enquiries.
Assist in employee relations, engagement activities, and HR programmers.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Ensure HR policies and processes comply with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Support monthly payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Manage attendance, leave records, claims, and employee benefits.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
