Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves handling HR policies, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance and competency management, and day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth people operations.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Implement, maintain, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and statutory requirements
  • Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies across the organization
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes


Leave & Attendance Management

  • Manage leave management systems , attendance records, and shift data
  • Ensure accurate leave balances, approvals, and report...
