Job Description
Process and generate monthly reports for payroll and claims.
Responsible to generate and prepare submission of statutory contribution of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and HRDF.
Monitor and generate reports for employees' attendance.
Prepare and issue memos.
To maintain and update employees' key information.
Handling employees' PERKESO claims according to PERKESO procedures.
Perform proper filling of all HR-related documents, both paper and electronic documents.
Responsible for recruitment process.
Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Respond to employees' inquiries and prepare the queries report.
Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Candidates with at least 2 years experiences in relevant field.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma level in relevant field.
