Job Description
The Job:
Manage and perform full spectrum of HR duties for two companies, totaling with 40 local employees. Responsible include recruitment, maintenance of organisation chart and employees portfolios, payroll checking, training arrangement, performance enhancement and employee exits, all in accordance with company policy and HQ Public Listed Company standards.
Assist the HQ Human Resources Department in managing 50 foreign workers.
Submit monthly internal report to Group HR manager, detailing the HR status of the subsidiary companies.
Enhance employees and subcontractor worker disciplinary matters and assist with OSHA compliance.
Collaborate with company management to improve the quality of the Employee KPI system for the plantation and laboratory production.
Maintain routine HR operations schedules, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders as needed.
