Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Operations
Handle end-to-end HR operations , including employee records, contracts, confirmations, renewals, and resignations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes , including documentation, system access, exit interviews, and clearance
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws , MOM guidelines, and company policies
2. Payroll & Statutory Matters
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Handle CPF submissions , adjustments, and reconciliations
Prepare and submit IR8A / IR21 / annual tax filing
Liaise with external payroll vendors, accountants, and auditors when required
