Overview
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding. Design and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies that support overall business goals. Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, and industry events. Manage recruitment activities including initial outreach, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align expectations, and ensure successful hiring outcomes. Serve as a company ambassador by delivering a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience. Effectively communicate and promote the organization’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top-tier talent.
