Main Responsibilities:


Onboarding & Induction

  • Organize and facilitate induction programs for new hires.
  • Conduct screening and manage all joining formalities and ensure completion of required documentation for on roll, trainees, interns & fixed term contract employees.
  • Prepare and issue appointment letters for new hires (on-roll and outsourced employees).


Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance for on roll, trainees, interns & fixed term contract employees..
  • Timely preparation and processing of appointment, increment, and settlement letters and maintain related documentation.
  • Provide support in organizing HR audits, document filing, and data collection/entry.
