About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing local employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with Mexico labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievance resolution. Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local positions, including sourcing, screening, interview.

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires; ensure compliance with local regulations.
