Analyze Key Metrics of the HR BBSC (Absenteeism, Turnover, PER, Staffing cycle time Etc., HR Analytics' )
- Manage and execute the recruitment and employment Process related for professional, technical positions
- Manage grievances and /or conflicts, workplace issues &employee questions related to discipline Process
- Support HR to achieve Plan and Objectives
- Execute employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; Analyze Key Metrics and Suggest action plan
- Support employee orientation, development, and training
- Execute policy development and documentation
- Support safety, welfare, wellness and health for all employees in site
- Be a POC of employee services and counseling.
- Manage HR Systems (TRESS, Workday, + Orden)
- Support HR Operations in plant, Knowledge of Labor Relations, compensation etc.
