Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Ahmedabad Head Office Travel: Regular travel to Rajasthan project sites Department: Human Resources Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist to support our upcoming Rajasthan project. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance mapping, and overall HR operations & administration . The position will be based at our Ahmedabad Head Office with frequent travel to Rajasthan for hiring activities, employee coordination, and site-level HR support.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and critical positions across project locations.
