Job Description
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and internal employee benefit schemes.
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job offers, and pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of documentation and orientation activities.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring training and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related concerns such as leaves, benefits, company policies, and employment conditions, and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
