Job Description

  1. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and internal employee benefit schemes.
  2. Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job offers, and pre-employment requirements.
  3. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of documentation and orientation activities.
  4. Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring training and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related concerns such as leaves, benefits, company policies, and employment conditions, and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
