In this important and dynamic role, you will manage all HR topics with a focus on recruitment and supporting the HR employee life cycle. You’ll work closely with business leaders and both global and local HR teams to implement processes and practices that drive organizational effectiveness and employee development in line with our Global HR Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS)
• Prepare, update, and archive employment contracts and HR documents
• Support payroll by collecting and verifying data
• Participate in projects to improve HR processes and systems
