Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation of the company’s approved training programs. Monitors and gives periodic feedback/results to concerned parties/authorities. Coordinates the conduct of periodic TNA activities and performance evaluation. Responsible for the management of Human Resources Manpower Acquisition function ensuring the selection and placement of qualified Manpower on a timely basis to meet company’s manpower requirements for staff to supervisory level. Employee Discipline – ensure the timely and equitable implementation of employee discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Knowledgeable in evaluating training programs and conducting orientation
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with all levels in organization
