Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and related formalities.
  • Assist with policy & process training and implement evaluation activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records.
  • Manage registration of foreign employees in public agency databases (e.g., SIRE, RUTEC).
  • Collaborate with the immigration team on work authorization processes.
  • Support employee offboarding.
  • Provide operational support in HR activities related to the Insurance vertical and other enabling teams.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks including vendor management.
  • Partner with HRBP aligned to the Insurance vertical.
