Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and related formalities.
- Assist with policy & process training and implement evaluation activities.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee files and records.
- Manage registration of foreign employees in public agency databases (e.g., SIRE, RUTEC).
- Collaborate with the immigration team on work authorization processes.
- Support employee offboarding.
- Provide operational support in HR activities related to the Insurance vertical and other enabling teams.
- Handle HR administrative tasks including vendor management.
- Partner with HRBP aligned to the Insurance vertical.
