Overview
We are partnering with a well-established, national organization to recruit an HR Generalist to support an employee population of approximately 400 employees within a single facility.
This is a hands-on, true generalist role that serves as a trusted resource for leaders and employees on-site. The HR Generalist will play a key role in employee relations, investigations, onboarding and offboarding, HR programs, training, and day-to-day people support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee and labour relations matters within the facility, including performance management, attendance, disability management, workplace investigations, and employee exits
- Conduct and support workplace investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant outcomes
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs
