Human Resources Generalist (Hybrid)

Are you a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys variety and impact? We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support key HR initiatives and help shape a strong employee experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with HR leadership to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
  • Assist with training and development programs
  • Identify and recommend HR process improvements to increase efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a federal employer and the Canadian Labour Code preferred
  • CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset
