About the Role

Collaborate with the broader HR, Finance and IT functions to support development of end-to-end pay compliance processes, including identification of critical controls, general and specific compliance requirements, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed), and handoffs between teams.Support broader HR compliance project activity including policy, procedure development and reviewTrack project progress against established milestones and deliverablesProvide HR support for HRIS / HCM and payroll system changesSupport policy interpretation, leverage approaches among Australian subsidiaries and streamline processesSupport the development of internal Pay Practices in alignment with legislative requirements and internal HR Policy and ProceduresSupport the development of a holistic change management framework that includes a change management process and a communication plan for update...
