About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist in compensation and benefits administration

Manage the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding

Maintain and update employee records and HR documents

Support overall HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course

Knowledgeable in payroll, compensation & benefits, and recruitment
