Overview

We are seeking anHR Generalistto join our team and provide well-rounded support across recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, and policy development. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll and group benefits programs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR processes and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and track employee participation.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
