Hermann Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Houston, TX, location.

The HR Generalist  will report to the Director of HR and support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate general human resources policies and procedures
  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
  • Administer employee health and benefit programs
  • Support the weekly payroll process
  • Update and maintain the confidentiality of employment files
  • Organize the annual performance evaluation process
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Respond to all employee questions/concerns
  • Process and analyze reports
  • Other duties as assigned
