Human Resources Generalist

Hussmann is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who can provide human resource services to foster a work environment that maximizes the contributions of employees to exceed their customer needs. You will perform HR Generalist functions for Sales, Service and Installation teams. This person will report to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities: 

Ensure agreement of HR programs with corporate goals, develop relationships with the workforce, and partner with leadership to support our goals.

Manage employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and observing ethical and professional standards.

Provide managers with tools and techniques to allow them to coach, recognize, and reward employees. Also assist managers proactively manage staff with performance challenges.
