We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist, for our Lisbon Office, assisting worldwide HR operations. Based on your HR knowledge, you will contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, drive employee engagement and support benefits and training efforts. This role combines administrative excellence with a strong service orientation.

#ABOUTTHEJOB

  • Manage all administrative HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from all team members and supervisors.
  • Assist on HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, work certificates, and exit documentation.
  • Provide additional support for meetings, projects, and process improvements.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, development, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all team members records and files.
