Job Description

Job Objective:

Support direct labor recruitment and selection processes, as well as the management of basic compensation and benefits activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and contributing to a positive employee experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in direct labor recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, such as salary components, benefits, and other incentives.

Maintain updated employee records and databases related to recruitment and compensation.

Support the preparation of recruitment reports and basic Compensation & Benefits metrics.

Collaborate on continuous improvement projects related to talent and benefits processes.

Address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies.

Provide support, as needed, in the recruitment of salaried personnel.


Job Profile:

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Specialized Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits.
  • Proficiency in talent management tools (Excel, HRIS, or similar systems).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tress system.

Other

  • Spoken and written English.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of verifiable experience in Human Resources.
