Be the bridge between people and performance! We’re looking for an HR professional passionate about employee experience, compliance, and collaboration. Responsibilities Coordinates employee relations programs to ensure compliance with local policies and practices, develops and implements policies and procedures, and researches and responds to employee questions, concerns and grievances. Maintains employee relations records. Collaborates with Latam Talent Team on specific internal compliance projects. Closely collaborates with the finance team and prepares the specific data used by the payroll team. Maintain the employee personal files according to policy and legal requirements. Issue all relevant employment documentation (onboarding, job change, all kinds of leaves and returns, offboarding, etc).
