Location- Puebla- Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

Shift - 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM


Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing Spanish as well as English Language (voice and non- voice) support along with translations of documents.
  • Facilitation of smooth service delivery of all HR processes and ensuring process compliance is achieved.
  • Providing assistance to the clients/employees over calls, emails, tickets and chat and any other line of communication. Track incoming employee queries and resolve them within the SLA.
