Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist who will own end-to-end recruitment and manage daily HR operations. The role requires a strong balance of hiring expertise, employee lifecycle management, and hands-on HR administration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers . Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
HR Operations & Administration Manage employee onboarding and exit processes (documentation, induction, handover). Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRMS data . Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll inputs.
