Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist who will own end-to-end recruitment and manage daily HR operations. The role requires a strong balance of hiring expertise, employee lifecycle management, and hands-on HR administration to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers .
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
