Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist who will own end-to-end recruitment and manage daily HR operations. The role requires a strong balance of hiring expertise, employee lifecycle management, and hands-on HR administration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes (documentation, induction, handover).
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRMS data.
