Job Description
The HR Specialist manages complex employee relations cases, ensures compliance with labor laws, and collaborates with HR Manager and COEs to address challenges. This role proactively identifies potential workplace concerns and implements targeted interventions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Strategic Focus: Supports organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing tailored strategies, facilitating conflict resolution, and addressing escalated employee relations concerns.
- Stakeholders (Internal Clients): Leaders and Site managers for escalated issues. HRBPs for collaboration on workforce strategies and escalations.
- Talent Management: Leads employee engagement initiatives, facilitates training programs on conflict resolution and workplace behavior, and monitors progress on leadership development programs.
