Job Description

Missions:

This is a fixed term contract (with an external employment agency) renewable on a yearly basis. 

 Working within the Singapore HR Services Team providing HR services to countries in SEA, and alongside the HR Business Partners you will: 

 Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders to administer various HR related processes for all employees. You will work on tasks and projects related to people management to execute onboarding, life events, contract rollover, exit processes and compliance with employment laws and regulations. 

 These include but are not limited to: 

 Onboarding of New Joiners: 

  • Collate all new joiners' information and onboarding paperwork and work closely with HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) in Bangalore and background screening vendor to ensure a seamless process for new joiners
