We're Hiring an HR Generalist

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources

Strong knowledge and experience of Labor Relations, Payroll, and Recruitment

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Passion for building a positive and supportive workplace

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

English is a must for daily comunication.

Your role will include:

Managing HR operations, including payroll and employee relations

Leading recruitment and onboarding processes

Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

Ensuring compliance with labor laws , HR company policies and procedures

Supporting performance management and engagement initiatives

Acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees
