HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST with Security Clearance
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee administration. This role will ensure smooth, compliant, and consistent HR processes while providing high-quality support to employees and new hires.
Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, coordinating offers, and assisting with recruitment-related travel as needed.
Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including schedules, welcome communications, orientation support, and ADP hiring workflows.
Ensure hiring and onboarding compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks, drug testing, and required documentation).
Maintain accurate personnel files and support HR recordkeeping and audits records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
