Responsibilities

  • Supervise the recruitment process
  • Coordinate with the HR personnel for promodiser concerns
  • Monitor payroll and timekeeping
  • Employee relations
  • Creation and enforcement of company rules and policies
  • Monitoring of all probationary employees
  • Updating of master plantilla
  • Submission of mandatory government contributions
  • Dole compliance
  • Coordinate with suppliers for office supplies requisition and requests
