Job Description

Job purpose- To support end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate data handling, and timely HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR operations:
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes (on-roll & off-roll employees)
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
  • Coordinate joining kits, laptops, ID cards, and system access
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, joiners, exits, attrition)
  • Recruitment support:
  • Conduct initial HR screening and recruitment calling
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Track recruitment status and follow up on offers and joining
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Employee support & compliance:
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and ...
