Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Support & Relations:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support grievance handling and escalate issues when required
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and feedback collection
  • HR Operations:
  • Support on boarding and off boarding processes
  • Responsible for Employee correct documentation , and HRIS data accuracy
  • Assist with leave management, attendance, and policy communication
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in communication and implemention HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws at an operational level
  • Performance & Talent Support:
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation
