Key Responsibilities
- Employee Support & Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support grievance handling and escalate issues when required
- Assist in employee engagement activities and feedback collection
- HR Operations:
- Support on boarding and off boarding processes
- Responsible for Employee correct documentation , and HRIS data accuracy
- Assist with leave management, attendance, and policy communication
- Policy Implementation:
- Assist in communication and implemention HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws at an operational level
- Performance & Talent Support:
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation
