- This role exists to own recruitment execution end-to-end, not to 'assist' or 'support' from the sidelines. You will be directly accountable for candidate quality, screening rigor, and hiring outcomes.

- Independently manage 10-15 quality hires across business, operations, and leadership roles
- Design and apply clear screening frameworks (not gut feel)
- Reduce founder time spent on poor-fit interviews
- Build repeatable hiring playbooks (JD → sourcing → screening → offer)
- Maintain zero tolerance for low-signal candidates
- Recruitment Ownership (Core Responsibility)
- Own end-to-end hiring: JD refinement → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers
- Actively source candidates beyond job portals (LinkedIn, referrals, outreach, communities)
- Design screening questions and shortlisting criteria that filter hard and early
- Conduct first-round interviews and recommend only high-signal candidates
- Coordinate closely with founders and hiring managers
- Hiring Quality & Process
- Track funnel metrics: applications → shortlisted → interviewed → offered → joined
- Continuously improve screening based on hiring outcomes
- Maintain structured candidate notes and hiring decisions
- HR Operations (Secondary)
- Support onboarding and documentation
- Maintain basic employee records and compliance hygiene
- Assist in improving internal HR processes as the organization scales
