Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and driving recruitment. You'll play a key role in building our intern workforce while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on end-to-end recruitment of interns (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Coordinating with mentors to align intern tasks and progress.
  • Maintaining attendance and performance records.
  • Handling intern queries and engagement activities.
  • Supporting other HR-related activities as needed.
