Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1 year of experience in recruitment and is responsible for managing and executing the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of assigned roles across various departments.
The Recruiter will serve as a foundational partner to the hiring manager, focusing on active sourcing, candidate engagement, process efficiency, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through to the successful offer and onboarding.
