Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs
- Assist with creating and updating HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the HR department.
