Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs
  • Assist with creating and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the HR department.
