Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate information accurately in the ATS.
- Manage and organize recruitment databases and trackers.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with basic recruitment reporting and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in all HR-related information.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks.
