Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update candidate information accurately in the ATS.
  • Manage and organize recruitment databases and trackers.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist with basic recruitment reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in all HR-related information.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks.
