Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations on MS Office/Google Suites.
- Provide logistical and coordination support for employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement and documentation projects.
