Job Description
Assist in day-to-day HR operations including documentation, data management, and compliance activities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes such as document collection and induction scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, employee engagement, and audits
- Help manage the internship lifecycle—shortlisting, interview coordination, and feedback tracking
- Provide support in preparing HR reports, data analysis, and various administrative tasks
