- Source and scout candidates based on business requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Design and implement progressive sourcing strategies using networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations
- Increase hiring process efficiency with creative strategies
- Create weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics for the management team
- Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and prepared
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies
