Source and scout candidates based on business requirements
Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Design and implement progressive sourcing strategies using networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations
Increase hiring process efficiency with creative strategies
Create weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics for the management team
Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and prepared
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies
Onboarding Support
Assist in the onboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating orientation schedules
Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing assistance as needed
