Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Screen candidate resumes: Review applications for sales and other roles, shortlist based on job criteria, and flag top matches for hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews: Coordinate availability between candidates, interviewers, and teams, sending calendar invites and confirmations.
- Source potential candidates: Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms, then identify and reach out to suitable profiles.
- Conduct initial screenings: Make preliminary phone/video calls to assess candidate fit, handle basic queries, and advance qualified leads.
- Track hiring metrics: Update recruitment trackers with application status, time-to-hire data, and pipeline progress for sales positions.
