Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Support performance management system (PMS) tasks such as goal-setting, training coordination, and training needs analysis
- Help with payroll inputs, HRMS updates, leaves, benefits, and maintaining employee records
- Aid in employee engagement activities, handling grievances, and implementing welfare plans
- Ensure labor law compliance, including PF/ESI, statutory registers, and audits
- Support site onboarding, attendance management, PPE distribution, and safety trainings
- Update HR MIS and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
